My art and illustrations are shaped by my frequent travels to Japan and Taiwan, as well as the time I’ve spent on the West Coast and in Spain—experiences that let me connect with local communities and their everyday rhythms. I am fascinated by how historic places evolve alongside modern life, and much of my work explores that relationship. My storybook project follows Annie, my wandering Canadian fox, and her cat friends as they discover quiet moments of beauty in the world around them.
